- Look through our services and fill out our Hire Us Form for New Clients. This goes right into our project management software. Quicker than shooting an email or phoning.
- After receipt of your form information, I will review the request and get back to you with questions or an estimate.
- Upon approval of the estimate and 1/3 down your project will be scheduled for production.
- All materials including text, photos, videos must be supplied before the deadline for materials. Failure to have all materials at the start of production date will postpone your project.
- Once your project begins be ready to review and send back comments. With proof reviews, we provide a 3 day buffer for you to review. Please fill out the proof forms. This is the best way for me to get the project done. Having phone messages, text messages and emails gets very messy. Having the proof form keeps all my revisions in one place.
- Upon final approval your files will be emailed, printed or uploaded live depending the nature of your project.
- Final payment is due 30 days after completion.
