It’s here the holiday season. The snow is blowing outside my window. I’ve been in Christmas denial. The house is decorated and the trees are up. 80% of the presents are bought. The snow will hopefully push me into my holly jolly self. Too busy to post… Too busy to enjoy the everyday. Life is hectic. So here’s to the quiet of the snow that hopefully will blanket our busy lives and minds. Here’s what’s been going on at the farm…
Red berries make me happy every time I walk by the dining table.
When we picked up our tree the workers let me take all the trimming I wanted for free. I took heaps. I love adding greenery in unexpected spaces. Like her on top of the studio book shelves. White and green swoon worthy.
The studio tree is decked in greens, blues and silver.
Meggy’s favorite spot is next to the tree. Our house tree is full of red tones and gold.
I got two wash tubs at the flea market over the summer. The rustic old tubs make me happy too.
I think we should be able to have a tree in every room. More pics tomorrow maybe if the snow keeps falling as my natural backdrop!
