Roll out to 1/2″ to an 1″ thick depending on how big you want your scones. I did a 1/2″. Thicker dough will mean probably 6-8 scones. I used the top of a canning jar to make my scones. Simple and easy. Place on parchment lined baking sheets. Sprinkle sugar on top of them if you like. In the oven it goes for 12 minutes.
