Thank you for purchasing artwork from my studio. Whether you’re ordering a greeting card to send to someone special, a signed fine art print, or an original painting, I take care in preparing each studio order for its journey to you.
From My Studio
Items purchased through my Etsy shop—including greeting cards, signed fine art prints, paper goods, and original artwork—are packed and shipped by me from my studio in rural Western New York.
Studio shipping days are Monday–Saturday. Orders being shipped that day generally leave the studio around 11:00 AM.
Please check the individual product listing for specific processing times, shipping method, and other details.
Greeting Cards & Paper Goods
Individual greeting cards are generally sent by USPS First-Class Mail. Larger quantities or groups of cards are typically sent using USPS Ground Advantage or another appropriate tracked shipping service.
Because First-Class letter mail does not always include tracking, tracking information may not be available for individual card orders.
Signed Fine Art Prints
Signed prints are carefully packaged in my studio to protect them during shipping. The shipping method depends upon the size and quantity of the prints ordered.

Original Paintings
Original artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged before leaving my studio. Paintings are generally shipped using USPS Priority Mail, although the carrier and service may vary depending upon the size and requirements of the artwork.
Shipping information specific to an original painting will always be included in its listing.
A Note About Delivery Times 🌲
My studio is located in rural Western New York, where postal delivery times can occasionally be longer than average.
Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, particularly during the holidays, winter weather, or periods of high postal volume.
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit and delivery times are outside of my control. If you experience a problem with an order, however, please contact me and I will do what I can to help.
Fine Art America Orders
Products purchased through Fine Art America are not printed, packaged, or shipped from my Western New York studio.
Fine Art America produces each item on demand and fulfills the order through its own network of manufacturing centers. Orders are routed to a fulfillment location based on the customer’s destination, and production time varies by product. Fine Art America currently advises allowing approximately 2–8 business days for manufacturing before shipment, depending on the item.
Shipping options, delivery estimates, tracking, returns, and customer service for these purchases are handled directly by Fine Art America.

If you’re ordering one of my studio-shipped items for a birthday, holiday, wedding, or other special occasion, please order as early as possible.
When available, you may select an expedited shipping option at checkout. Remember that expedited shipping speeds up the shipping portion of the order and does not necessarily change the processing time needed to prepare your artwork.
