6.0 Apple Harvest
9 x 11.5 Oil on Wood Board Apple Harvest is based on a photo by Tiffany Anthony. Here is my impression. I love dark reds and moody paintings. It’s apple season here. The harvest isn’t great this year, most likely due to a surprise storm in the spring and dry weather. You can still find an apple here or there to pluck from the branches.

5.0 Pumpkins and Peppercorns
Tis the season for everything pumpkin. I was feeling dark and moody for Autumn. I found this still life photo on Unsplash from Fraizer Dunleavy. Oil painting 5 is done and on to the next.

4.0 Red Pear
After the berry day, I had to go back to the pears for a boost of confidence. Happy little red pear.

Blackberry was a class study piece. I think if I redid it again, I would make the bowl bigger than suggested in class and do the check pattern differently.
