Mojito with a Twist

This summer, we discovered our own twist on the classic mojito—and it’s become a favorite! While traditional recipes are great, we decided to experiment, and the secret to our version is pineapple sage. I grow various mints, but the delicate, fruity flavor of pineapple sage is simply irresistible.

Here’s how we make it: crush 2-3 pineapple sage leaves in the bottom of a shaker, fill with ice, add light rum, a splash of lime juice, and about 2 teaspoons of sugar. Top it off with soda, and enjoy in vintage martini glasses for the perfect summer drink!
