The Perfect Side for Chili or Soup
Cheesy popovers are one of my favorite ways to elevate a meal—whether it’s a simple tuna fish sandwich or a cozy bowl of chili. These light, savory treats are great for soaking up soup or adding a cheesy kick to any dish.
Here’s my go-to Cheesy Popover recipe:
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Shake with Borsari Savory Seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Grease ramekins or muffin tins.
- Beat eggs in a medium bowl, then blend in the rest of the ingredients.
- Fill each cup halfway and bake for 30 minutes until golden and puffed.
Serve these popovers with your favorite chili or soup, and enjoy a warm, cheesy bite with every spoonful!
