Gift Wrapping This Holiday Season

Wrapping gifts is more than just a tradition—it’s an art that adds an extra layer of joy to the giving experience. This year, I’ve designed an elegant gift-wrapping option for my Etsy shop. Each gift is carefully packaged in a black gift box or wrapped in classic black paper, complemented by a velvet bluish-green ribbon and soft green tissue paper. To add a touch of nature, I include details like dried flowers or pine cones, bringing a rustic yet sophisticated charm to your presents. Customers also have the option to select one of our unique cards, making your gift even more personal.

For family and friends, I take holiday wrapping to the next level by adding handmade Santa toppers to each gift. These Santas are crafted using DAS Modeling Clay, which I discovered at Michaels, and shaped with a vintage-style Santa woodblock cookie mold from Amazon. Each topper is hand-painted with acrylic paints, then sealed with an antique wax for a timeless finish. A single package of modeling clay yielded a dozen adorable Santas, perfect for my holiday wrapping projects.

This season, celebrate the art of giving—not just with the gifts we choose but with the care and creativity we put into presenting them.

@elizabethgleasonart 🎅✨ Holiday Gift Wrapping DIY! ✨🎁 Transform your gifts into keepsakes with this handmade Santa topper idea! Using a vintage-style Santa woodblock cookie press, DAS Modeling Clay, acrylic paints, and antique wax, I crafted adorable Santas to top off my holiday wrapping. 🎨🖌️ Here’s the process:
1️⃣ Press the clay into the Santa mold.
2️⃣ Let it dry and then paint with acrylics.
3️⃣ Seal with antique wax for a vintage vibe.
4️⃣ Add to gifts wrapped in black paper, velvet ribbon, and natural elements like pinecones or dried flowers. Each gift is a festive masterpiece! Perfect for family, friends, or anyone who loves thoughtful, creative touches. 🖤💚 #HolidayDIY #GiftWrapping #SantaCrafts #HandmadeHoliday #CreativeGiftIdeas ♬ Christmas – neozilla
