The Sketchbook

A Layer of Stones Part 4

In July, we received a stone delivery for our outdoor room, making it a true family project. My dad helped spread the gravel with his John Deere. While stamped concrete would have been ideal, it wasn’t in our budget this summer. Crushed gravel worked well for now, and I do like how it looks with the new color on the studio. At $15.00 a yard plus a $50.00 delivery charge, gravel floors are an economical choice.
