This week we are taking some time off for the 4th of July Week and enjoying the warm weather and quiet moments of relaxation. Planting is all but done and now it is just time to watch the flowers grow. We may be doing some late season sowing soon to give us a little more inventory for later in the season so stay tuned for what we will be trying to have available later in the season.
This week we are trying to get organized to start our chicken coop project so we can have chickens next year. As the project progresses we will be showing some step by step photos so you can see how it all goes. That may mean that we will be selling some fresh eggs next year!
We are also in the first stages of a buildout on a small flower stand somewhere on the property for pick ups and for selling bunches of flowers throughout the week. We are trying to determine the best location so the flowers will stay fresh and vibrant and out of the heat. We will also be posting updates on the project so you will know what the plans are for pickups going forward.
