Ingredients
- 3 oz Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 lbs red potatoes
- 2 lbs kielbasa
- 1/2 dozen ears of corn, halved
- 2 lbs unpeeled shrimp, medium
- cocktail sauce and butter for serving
Instructions
Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil with Old Bay Seasoning. Add the potatoes and sausage, cooking for 10 minutes. Then add the corn, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp, cover, and cook for 2 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat and drain.
Serve with cocktail sauce and butter for the corn.
