Apple Bread

Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Cups Apples (Peeled, Cored, and Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups White Sugar
  • 3 Eggs, Beaten
  • 2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F and spray two loaf pans with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and apples.
  • In another bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon. (I threw it all together because why not!)
  • Divide the mixture evenly between the loaf pans.
  • Bake for 90 minutes, checking with a toothpick to ensure it’s baked through.

The result? A cozy apple bread that’s perfect for fall—delicious but not overly sweet!

Another open house means it’s time to get the house smelling delicious! This time, I decided to try Apple Bread, based on a recipe I found on AllRecipes. I was hoping for that warm, cinnamon-apple pie aroma, but it didn’t quite have the strong scent I imagined. However, the bread turned out to be just right—not too sweet, but perfectly balanced.
