Swiss Romanesco Quiche

Quiches brighten up any morning

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pie shell
  • Six eggs
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup Romanesco chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • Borsari Savory Seasoning
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Prepare 8-9” pie plate with shell

Chop onion and Romanesco. Sauté with butter until onions are tender.

Beat six eggs and cream. Add 2-3 shakes of Borsari Savory Seasoning. Add cheese and Romanesco mixture to eggs. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle top with Parmesan

Bake 45 minutes & Enjoy
