As winter’s chill yielded to the warmth of spring, Rio Wright, returned to Andrews Farm. Its melodic song echoed through the awakening fields, signaling the season’s renewal. Perched on a wooden board, he brought a burst of color, a reminder of spring’s arrival.
Crowned Swan
Chauncey Graziella, A beautiful swan, lived in a pond on Andrews Farm in Wesleyville. At night, the swan could be found with a golden crown floating in the water. The other animals in the pond knew their place and knew who was king of the pond. The swan ruled the pond with grace and wisdom, and all the animals lived in harmony under its leadership.

Julia’s heart raced as ominous clouds gathered overhead, signaling an impending summer thunderstorm. Julia sprinted across the meadow, warning the gathering summer clouds to “Keep Quiet!” The air crackled with tension as the first raindrops fell. Julia, fueled by urgency, finally arrived, breathless but relieved and not completely drenched. She relaxed on her porch and was thankful the pumpkins in the field would get some much-needed water.
