Keep Quiet Summer Clouds

Keep Quiet Summer Clouds

Julia’s heart raced as ominous clouds gathered overhead, signaling an impending summer thunderstorm. Julia sprinted across the meadow, warning the gathering summer clouds to “Keep Quiet!”  The air crackled with tension as the first raindrops fell. Julia, fueled by urgency, finally arrived, breathless but relieved and not completely drenched. She relaxed on her porch and was thankful the pumpkins in the field would get some much-needed water.

Turkey Centerpiece

Amid laughter and shared excitement, the cherished tradition of selecting the centerpiece for a heartfelt feast of gratitude echoed through the generations.

The Little House

The LIttle House Oil Painting

Nary a sound comes from yonder among those trees, even though a withered old man lives there all these years. The small wisps of smoke billowing from the chimney is the only sign of life.

Indian Corn

Indian Corn

At Staunton Farm, Aubrey selected vibrant Indian corn for her Thanksgiving swag. With hues of red and gold, it embodied autumn’s spirit. Back home, she meticulously crafted a warm welcome for guests. As the door adorned the festive creation, Thanksgiving’s essence embraced all who crossed the threshold.

Jasper Wallace – Robin Painting

As the snow melted away, Jasper Wallis hopped onto the branch outside Glasgow Apple Cider House’s window. He had eagerly waited for this moment, the first step out for spring. There was only one way to welcome a new spring. He perked up his chest and chirped out a sweet melody. He noticed the youngest son stopping on his way out to the bus stop and smiled at Jasper. He knew that he was the first robin of the season.
