Welcome Spring

We’ve been welcoming spring to the farm all week. Here are some snaps we picked through the week. Daffodils are blooming in the ditch.

Bruce is repurposing these old gutters for my greenhouse. We’re going to plant rows of lettuce into them soon.

Storm was rolling in this week, and I snapped Bruce enjoying the sky.

Saturday, I wrangled the crew out for a sunrise walk through the trails.

Sawyer refuses to stand still. Spring fever, I assume.

See the black blur!

Greenhouse some cold loving plants in there yet artichokes and some herbs…

At 3:30 the dogs start giving me this look. Please, stop working and play with me… PLEASE.

Crocuses are bursting forth across my parents’ garden, painting it in hues of purple and gold. Meanwhile, in my own corner of the world, spring has yet to reveal its colorful tapestry. Such is the varying landscape of the season, each patch of earth telling its own story of renewal.
